- Takeover tenant (Hallmark) space approx. 4,000 s.f.: Remove existing concrete slab, raise approx. 8”, install new 5” concrete slab for all new Produce department including new refrigeration equipment, plumbing, flooring, paint, FRP wall covering, new 10-ton RTU, and décor package on walls
- Appy Prep: New freezer, new cooking equipment, (2) new hoods, new LED Lights, refurbish reflective ceilings, repaint and décor package
- Dunkin Donuts: Accommodate space and utility’s, HVAC split system for a stand-a-lone retail space
- Cheese sales area: All new accommodations and equipment
- Floral sales area: All new accommodations and equipment
- Men & Ladies Rooms: complete re-design and remodel
- Bakery display cases: Add new additional cases with all new U/G Plumbing and Electric
- Expand existing Appy prep: all new equipment (approx.. 500 s.f.)
- Seating area: raised floors, new flooring, furniture, express registers and 40’ of new storefront glazing to the front exterior
- Cheese and Sandwich: all new Equipment
- Replace Meat Department: Remove existing cases and replace with new equipment, new lighting, new façade
