Bellavia Chevrolet Buick recently completed our Essential Brands Element renovation/addition project. We started this process in early 2013 by obtaining proposals from local contractors. After several proposals were obtained and the applicants were interviewed, we chose Klae Construction of Oak Ridge, New Jersey as our General Contractor. The decision was based on both their realistic pricing and their professional attitude on how they were planning to manage our project.

Klae Construction President, Rod Meyer and V.P of Business Development, Glen Soleau, made us feel comfortable that they would be able to fulfill all our renovations in both a timely and quality manner. After our acceptance of their proposal, Bob Walsh, Klae’s Project Manager was assigned to our site for the remainder of the project. As we ultimately elected to remain in the building and phase through the process, Bob’s professional experience helped make it very manageable for our employees and our business.

We were constantly kept updated on the progress, including any changes that were necessary to the original plans. Having Bob Walsh on site throughout the project was a key element in the outstanding workmanship that was done by all the subcontractors. We were thoroughly advised on all issues through bimonthly meetings that were presented in a very professional and informative manner. Bob’s experience in the construction industry was evident throughout the months he was on site. He kept the project moving and was able to solve any underlying issues with advice and options on proper procedure. His management skills helped to produce a beautifully finished facility.

We are very pleased with our new building. Klae Construction was certainly the right choice for Bellavia Chevrolet Buick. We would strongly recommend Klae Construction and Bob Walsh to any company who is considering a renovation/addition project. They are top notch in their industry and it was a pleasure working with them.

We wish to commend your performance on the recent construction of our 60,000 square foot new "Super Store" in Woodbury, Long Island.

Your diligent efforts to complete this project within very aggressive time constraints, without sacrificing quality or attention to detail, were instrumental in the success of this very difficult project. Completion of the project in six months is an achievement in itself.

We found your management team to be hardworking, conscientious professionals, receptive to our goals and needs. We enjoyed a close working relationship with John Sheehan during the construction process and would highly recommend John for this type of project. The on-site communication between Klae Construction and our office, by my observation, could not have been better. The contributions of Klae Construction helped make this project exceed expectations and has earned us the compliments of our customers, co-workers and corporate officers.

We have always found it a pleasure working with Klae Construction, it's staff and will call on you again for our construction needs. I look forward to our next project together.

Once again, congratulations on another successful project.

RoNetco Supermarkets, Inc. would like to commend Klae Construction and the construction management team of Bob Walsh, Scott Holster and Bryan McKenna in their excellent coordination and supervision of the construction of the ShopRite of Flanders.

When we sat down earlier this year and laid out an extremely aggressive schedule for completion of the ShopRite of Flanders, there were many non-believers in both our organizations. Once the goal was set, Rod Meyer, Jeff Deisher and the rest of the Klae Construction team got together and started to layout a schedule to meet our goal. There were many roadblocks (or opportunities as Jeff Deisher puts it) that we encountered throughout the construction process. As each one of those many opportunities surfaced, Klae Construction and RoNetco got together as a Team, analyzed the issue, reviewed alternate construction plans of action, and then made a decision that kept the job moving and on track toward our goal.

Ultimately, Klae Construction and RoNetco Supermarkets working in this Team approach, under a management construction format, we were able to accomplish our goal and complete the construction of the ShopRite of Flanders before November 1, 2004.

The excellent Teamwork, coordination, follow through, and management of this project ensured that the highest quality standards were not compromised while we continued to stay on track and within our financial budget constraints in meeting the deadline of completion of the store on or before November 1. In the end, RoNetco Supermarkets opened its store to the general public on Saturday, October 30th and are having a Grand Opening Celebration prior to the Thanksgiving holiday.

This letter is written to express the thanks of the Board of Directors for the prompt attention we received from your company to our problem with water leaks in our Righter Road building. From the time that our board member, Rick Looser, contacted you on 2/3/04, everyone we dealt with was concerned, helpful, and prompt in their responses. Rod Meyer was immediate in referring our issue to Dave Heinds, who was on site at the Succasunna Shop Rite which is located down the road from our building. Dave came to the Center the same day, listened to our concerns, and went up into our cold, dark attic to check out the problem. He returned the next day with a helper, and repaired one leak in the roof and one dripping vent pipe. Dave gave us his cell phone number, and instructed us to call him directly if we have any more problems with water spots or leaks. Thank you again for the time, attention, and help we received from your company. Please feel free to list the Roxbury Day Care Center as a reference in your materials as a job well done. - Robin S. Hellyer Executive Director Roxbury Day Care Center Inc.

As Director of Facilities Development for Saint Clares Health System, I would like to thank you for your involvement in the past two construction projects here at Saint Clares. Both the Sussex ER renovation and the Denville Medical Oncology project went very smoothly and were completed within the anticipated schedule. I am appreciative of the oversight you provided and your strong commitment and responsiveness.

Additionally, your extensive experience and knowledge base proved to be a vital asset in overcoming numerous challenges that these projects presented. I look forward to working with you again.

It is with pleasure that I write this letter at the completion of the Landing Project. As you are well aware, this project has been in the planning and development phase since 1998. We finally attained our goal to have a new building and to be operational for flu season.

I would like to commend Mr. Robert Walsh, Project Manager, for his conscientious work ethic to ensure completion of this project in a timely manner. Mr. Walsh developed a very stringent schedule of events to facilitate completion of this job and met all of his anticipated time lines.

Mr. Walsh, Mr. Rod Meyer, and all your carpenters, contractors, and subcontractors worked very hard to enable our office to remain open throughout the course of this major renovation. They also went out of their way to provide any and all assistance to the staff of Skylands Medical Group, P.A. during the last several months.

In addition, Mr. Walsh was pro-active and did facilitate all necessary changes, additions, modifications, etc., to plans as we progressed with the project. He was always there to answer our questions, discuss our concerns, and provide solutions to have a functional, beautiful building at project completion.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with you and many of your personnel and have found everyone to be very professional. Each project has been a learning experience for me and it has been a pleasure to work with such nice people.

On behalf of the physician owners of Landing Realty, the physicians of Skylands Medical Group, P.A., and all of the staff I would like to extend our sincere appreciation for a job well done. I look forward to working with Klae Construction for the future needs of Skylands Medical Group, P.A.

The Bank of the Somerset HilIs had an extremely difficult challenge - converting an old restaurant/catering hall into an attractive and functional banking facility. We were able to accomplish this feat with the aide of "a few good men". One of those men was Bob Walsh. Klae Construction should consider themselves very fortunate to have Bob in their employ.

While on the job Bob was very careful about protecting us, the customer, from unnecessary cost overruns while not sacrificing the quality of the product. He was extremely conscientious about being on the job and accessible at all times. He also worked very well with all the subcontractors, always keeping the Bank in mind and first on the agenda. Through his expertise, hard work and professional approach to the job we were able to complete our project on time and within the budget guidelines we had established.

Should the Bank have another opportunity to require the services of a contractor, Klae Construction will certainly be asked to do the job, with the proviso that Bob be the supervisor in charge.

I write on this beautiful spring day to express, on behalf of Hilltop Country Day School's students, faculty, parents and trustees, our heartfelt thanks for an exceptional job on the first phase of our major capital expansion project. Hilltop is fulfilling its mission with greater confidence because of your company's tremendous work.

It was approximately a year ago today that the majority of Klae's work at Hilltop came to an end with the opening of our new 18,500 sq. ft., two and a half million-dollar addition. The completion of this major addition on schedule and within budget was a testament to your company's organizational ability and more importantly, its honesty and integrity. You achieved exactly what you promised. In the business world and in today's construction climate this is a rare occurrence.

I believe that a company is not defined by its name, but by the quality of the product it produces, and most importantly, by the quality of the people who make it up. Klae's work is quality and its people outstanding. The work of the job site supervisor, especially, needs special recognition.

As with any job site, I can imagine there are many special and unique considerations that must be addressed. Hilltop was no exception. Our construction had to be done during the school year, with school in full session. Workers had to accommodate the needs of children ranging in age from 2 Y2 through 14, and some four hundred fifty very protective parents and faculty members. All of the school's requests for special consideration throughout the eighteen-month construction period were fully and professionally accommodated. We had no major incidents compromising the safety of workers, children, parents or faculty. The management of all of this as well as the actual job of construction fell, in large part, on the shoulders of Mr. Bob Walsh, the site supervisor.

Hilltop cannot express with enough gratitude its deep appreciation for the patient, professional handling of our construction project given by Mr. Bob Walsh, Mr. Rod Meyer, you and Klae Construction. We are delighted with the outcome and look forward to the next joint project.
