Do You Have A Construction Project We Can Help With?

Bellavia Buick

Bellavia Chevrolet Buick recently completed our Essential Brands Element renovation/addition project. We started this process in early 2013 by obtaining proposals from local contractors. After several proposals were obtained and the applicants were interviewed, we chose Klae Construction of Oak Ridge, New Jersey as our General Contractor. The decision was based on both their realistic pricing and their professional attitude on how they were planning to manage our project.

Klae Construction President, Rod Meyer and V.P of Business Development, Glen Soleau, made us feel comfortable that they would be able to fulfill all our renovations in both a timely and quality manner. After our acceptance of their proposal, Bob Walsh, Klae’s Project Manager was assigned to our site for the remainder of the project. As we ultimately elected to remain in the building and phase through the process, Bob’s professional experience helped make it very manageable for our employees and our business.

We were constantly kept updated on the progress, including any changes that were necessary to the original plans. Having Bob Walsh on site throughout the project was a key element in the outstanding workmanship that was done by all the subcontractors. We were thoroughly advised on all issues through bimonthly meetings that were presented in a very professional and informative manner. Bob’s experience in the construction industry was evident throughout the months he was on site. He kept the project moving and was able to solve any underlying issues with advice and options on proper procedure. His management skills helped to produce a beautifully finished facility.

We are very pleased with our new building. Klae Construction was certainly the right choice for Bellavia Chevrolet Buick. We would strongly recommend Klae Construction and Bob Walsh to any company who is considering a renovation/addition project. They are top notch in their industry and it was a pleasure working with them.

We wish to commend your performance on the recent construction of our 60,000 square foot new “Super Store” in Woodbury, Long Island.

Your diligent efforts to complete this project within very aggressive time constraints, without sacrificing quality or attention to detail, were instrumental in the success of this very difficult project. Completion of the project in six months is an achievement in itself.

We found your management team to be hardworking, conscientious professionals, receptive to our goals and needs. We enjoyed a close working relationship with John Sheehan during the construction process and would highly recommend John for this type of project. The on-site communication between Klae Construction and our office, by my observation, could not have been better. The contributions of Klae Construction helped make this project exceed expectations and has earned us the compliments of our customers, co-workers and corporate officers.

We have always found it a pleasure working with Klae Construction, it’s staff and will call on you again for our construction needs. I look forward to our next project together.

Once again, congratulations on another successful project.

RoNetco Supermarkets, Inc. would like to commend Klae Construction and the construction management team of Bob Walsh, Scott Holster and Bryan McKenna in their excellent coordination and supervision of the construction of the ShopRite of Flanders.

When we sat down earlier this year and laid out an extremely aggressive schedule for completion of the ShopRite of Flanders, there were many non-believers in both our organizations. Once the goal was set, Rod Meyer, Jeff Deisher and the rest of the Klae Construction team got together and started to layout a schedule to meet our goal. There were many roadblocks (or opportunities as Jeff Deisher puts it) that we encountered throughout the construction process. As each one of those many opportunities surfaced, Klae Construction and RoNetco got together as a Team, analyzed the issue, reviewed alternate construction plans of action, and then made a decision that kept the job moving and on track toward our goal.

Ultimately, Klae Construction and RoNetco Supermarkets working in this Team approach, under a management construction format, we were able to accomplish our goal and complete the construction of the ShopRite of Flanders before November 1, 2004.

The excellent Teamwork, coordination, follow through, and management of this project ensured that the highest quality standards were not compromised while we continued to stay on track and within our financial budget constraints in meeting the deadline of completion of the store on or before November 1. In the end, RoNetco Supermarkets opened its store to the general public on Saturday, October 30th and are having a Grand Opening Celebration prior to the Thanksgiving holiday.
