After the store in Denville was heavily damaged by a fire, ETD needed economic solutions to the problems of reconstruction and the delivery of creative design to enhance the facility within the constraints of the existing site. The reconstruction consisted of:
- removal of existing floor slabs and replaced with new slabs
- pre-engineered steel building frame was employed to reconstruct a portion of the building
- standing seam metal roof system
- complex interior fit up with new mechanical systems
Site improvements include:
- paving
- curbs
- sidewalks
- landscaping
- site lighting
