Now that our construction project is complete, I would like to express my appreciation for the contributions your staff members, Bob Walsh and Ed Vandermass, made during this process. Ed started the project with us, and Bob came in later. They were both most helpful in pointing out potential problems. Their foresight allowed us to improve the quality of our building, and produce a better product. In several instances, they brought concerns to our attention that allowed us to react prior to a problem being created, which saved us time and money.

Your staff conducted themselves professionally, and I appreciated the opportunity to meet and work with them.

I just wanted to thank you and Klae Construction for the wonderful job you, and your staff, did in the construction of Spring Brook County Club’s new clubhouse. It was truly a pleasure working with you, Bob Walsh, Rich Alfaro and Steve.

Having been through a clubhouse renovation and new construction at other properties, I can truly appreciate the level of cooperation and communication you brought to this project. Working through committees can be frustrating to say the least. You and Bob should be congratulated on the way you handled situations and made our committee work more effectively.

Klae Construction recently completed an automotive service and parts facility with a customer drive thru. Klae was recommended to us by another Auto Dealer in our area who constructed an entire dealership with a multi level parking garage.

I have previous professional experience in construction projects from the business level and have never been so personally satisfied not only with the level of professionalism in which they conduct business or the quality of the product they produce and the attention to detail, on top of all that they go out of their way to understand your business operations to plan theirs around yours to minimize and in most cases completely alleviate interruptions to your daily operations. This was obviously part of their business model and all I can say is, all of this attention to every detail is what results in the positive outcome that we had.

In closing, it is with upmost of sincerity and please and having my expectations (which were high to begin with) exceeded that I write this letter of recommendation.
