Do You Have A Construction Project We Can Help With?

Roxbury Day Care Center

2020-03-11T15:42:00-05:00Name: Robin S. Hellyer| Title: Executive Director|

This letter is written to express the thanks of the Board of Directors for the prompt attention we received from your company to our problem with water leaks in our Righter Road building. From the time that our board member, Rick Looser, contacted you on 2/3/04, everyone we dealt with was concerned, helpful, and prompt in their responses.

Rod Meyer was immediate in referring our issue to Dave Heinds, who was on site at the Succasunna Shop Rite which is located down the road from our building. Dave came to the Center the same day, listened to our concerns, and went up into our cold, dark attic to check out the problem. He returned the next day with a helper, and repaired one leak in the roof and one dripping vent pipe. Dave gave us his cell phone number, and instructed us to call him directly if we have any more problems with water spots or leaks.

Thank you again for the time, attention, and help we received from your company. Please feel free to list the Roxbury Day Care Center as a reference in your materials as a job well done.

Additionally, your extensive experience and knowledge base proved to be a vital asset in overcoming numerous challenges that these projects presented.

It is with pleasure that I write this letter at the completion of the Landing Project. As you are well aware, this project has been in the planning and development phase since 1998. We finally attained our goal to have a new building and to be operational for flu season.

I would like to commend Mr. Robert Walsh, Project Manager, for his conscientious work ethic to ensure completion of this project in a timely manner. Mr. Walsh developed a very stringent schedule of events to facilitate completion of this job and met all of his anticipated time lines.

Mr. Walsh, Mr. Rod Meyer, and all your carpenters, contractors, and subcontractors worked very hard to enable our office to remain open throughout the course of this major renovation. They also went out of their way to provide any and all assistance to the staff of Skylands Medical Group, P.A. during the last several months.

In addition, Mr. Walsh was pro-active and did facilitate all necessary changes, additions, modifications, etc., to plans as we progressed with the project. He was always there to answer our questions, discuss our concerns, and provide solutions to have a functional, beautiful building at project completion.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with you and many of your personnel and have found everyone to be very professional. Each project has been a learning experience for me and it has been a pleasure to work with such nice people.

On behalf of the physician owners of Landing Realty, the physicians of Skylands Medical Group, P.A., and all of the staff I would like to extend our sincere appreciation for a job well done. I look forward to working with Klae Construction for the future needs of Skylands Medical Group, P.A.
