- complete interior demolition of the existing space
- removal of 17,000 ft2 concrete floor slab
New facility includes:
- Pharmacy, bakery, deli, seafood, produce, meat, frozen food, dairy and floral departments
- preparation rooms
- coolers and freezers
- administrative offices
- lighting
- floor, wall and ceiling finishes
