The 45,000 square foot facility incorporated an existing 14,000 square foot building on the site. Complete site development includes:
- storm drainage
- utilities
- paving
- curbing
- site lighting
- landscaping
- a 10,000 ft2 showroom
- 17,000 ft2 vehicle service area
- 12,000 ft2 second floor
- office area which contains an elevator, employee restrooms and a balcony overlooking the showroom
