The renovation and 18,000 square foot expansion of Barn Hill Health Care facility in Newton. Featuring units for short stay or extended medical and rehabilitative care, improvements are as follows:
- Accommodations for 24 additional beds
- three activity lounges
- dining room
- rehabilitation room
- nurse’s station
- reception area
- rest rooms
- elevator within the existing building
Site development includes:
- underground storm water detention/recharge system
- landscaped courtyard
- expanded parking
- series of modular block retaining walls
- large quantity of earth fill to meet the required ground elevations.
