Renovations to the Wigder Chevrolet dealership was completed in phases and temporary office trailers were used to accommodate the ongoing dealership activities. After demolition of the existing showroom, the 6,200 square foot addition was constructed containing:
- a new showroom
- sales offices
- restrooms
- service drop-off area
- new car delivery section
- shipping and receiving area with a mezzanine above
- New customer amenities such as a lounge, refreshment, and business center
- New building façade featuring the iconic Chevrolet entry element
Renovations on the following were also performed on:
- administration offices
- retail parts
- cashier and
- conference lunch room
