Reconstruction of an existing 20,500ft² building that was severely damaged when the roof collapsed.

Reconstruction will include:

• New footings and concrete slabs
• Tilt-up concrete walls
• Structural steel columns with bar joist and steel roof deck
• New equipment mezzanine
• Loading docks
• Complete building sprinkler system
• New electric service and lighting
• New administrative offices, break room, conference room and restrooms
