Butler Bowl Redevelopment
Butler, NJ
34,000 square foot renovation. Two existing tenants remained in operation during construction. Project contains the following:
- gutting of the existing building interior including removal of the hardwood bowling alleys and the pin setting machines
- facade is finished with synthetic stucco, quarry tile, aluminum and glass
- tension-supported canopy
- membrane roof was installed over the existing timber bow truss roof structure
- two towers were constructed with metal roofs
- interior fit-up work was completed for two tenant
- demising walls for three additional tenants
- entrance and large window openings were provided for New York Sports Club, who now occupies 25,000 ft2 of the building
Site work includes:
- underground utilities
- storm drainage system modifications
- sidewalks
- paving of the parking lot
