Renovation of an existing 58,000 SF supermarket beginning with a completely gutted out space to construct a new 99 Ranch Market Supermarket.Construction consists of:
- Partition wall, valance wall and ceiling construction for all new departments and food preparation areas
- New HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinklers and refrigeration systems
- New electrical power and lighting systems
- Finishes including polished concrete floors, ceramic tile floors and walls, and paint.
- Storefront glazing and automatic entry doors.
