• One story addition with decorative EIFS finish on exterior walls
• New HVAC systems, new backup generator and fire sprinkler system
• Both private offices and modular work stations
• New conference room
• New employee restrooms
• Minor renovations within the existing call center
• Site improvements including drainage, retaining walls and paving
