The renovation project includes all new:
- addition to the building for produce coolers
- entry/exit vestibule
- produce, floral, deli, and bakery departments
- pharmacy and courtesy counter
- loading dock levelers and doors
- refrigeration system with two penthouse rooftop units to house equipment
- heating, cooling and ventilation system
A section of the roof was raised to add:
- two training rooms
- restrooms
- an elevator
- back room storage mezzanine
- employee’s restrooms
