A 10,000 square foot addition that consists of:
- standing seam metal roof system
- combination of metal panels, concrete block, and brick veneer at the exterior walls
The additions contain the following:
- a packaging area
- machine shop
- toilet rooms
- 5,700 ft2 warehouse with loading dock and a 1,700 ft2 open mezzanine.
Site improvements includes:
- a new septic system with pump tank and disposal field
- a storm water detention basin
- landscaping
